"Reception provided us with a refurbished, clean, modern room, with a great view. Helpful staff converted bedding and towels from single use to a double. Restaurant service good and very friendly staff. The first time we have stayed overnight at Billund airport and would have no issues about further visits to Airport Hotel. A friend of ours, a regular stayer advised us what to expect."

"From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt welcome. The front desk booked a taxi for me and arranged a breakfast to go at 4 AM. I was served by three different staff members and all were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend The Billund Lodge. "

"Hotel Britannia Esbjerg staff are excellent, polite friendly helpful and attentive, spotless Hotel and surrounding area, breakfast and all food was excellent at the Hotel. Wonderful surroundings good bars and restaurants. Plenty of history to discover. Fano Island across on a short ferry trip is a lovely place to visit . "

"We stayed at LegoLand Hotel the start of September 2025. Very close to the airport and buses run there every 30 mins. Easy check in and straight to the room. Lovely and clean and well set out rooms. A wonderful short break and we did Legoland and the lego house. Highly recommend. "

After flying all night and taking the train from Copenhagen, we arrived late and exhausted—but were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They greeted us with smiles, kindness, and understanding, and were both helpful and efficient throughout our stay. They offered great recommendations, including a nearby restaurant (Plates), where to do laundry, as well as information about the pool and self-service kitchen.
