Great staff wanting to make sure we had the best stay, not just in the house but on the island. Fantastic breakfast and the property itself was cozy with many places to sit back and relax or go for a swim

The hotel is not complete,spa facilities were not available. Websites mention hotel is new, not unfinished. Reception staff & concierge were great. San Miguel is beautiful,ribiera grande not that attractive. SATA connections via Lisbon v. poor.
