"Extremelly helpful staff,very kind and always ready to support. During our stay someone had stolen our goggles and towels and staff helped at least a little compensate. The hotel is not complete,spa facilities were not available. Websites mention hotel is new, not unfinished. Reception staff & concierge were great. San Miguel is beautiful,ribiera grande not that attractive. SATA connections via Lisbon v. poor.
