Os quartos são simples, não possuem nenhum luxo. Chuveiro bom. A limpeza foi bem feita diariamente. Café da manhã sem uma grande variedade, porém o que era servido estava muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos. O que poderia melhorar é pendurar a TV na parede perto da cama para ficar mais fácil de assistir; colocar ar condicionado nas áreas comuns do hotel; cobrir o estacionamento; colocar armários fechados nos quartos.

Por mais 50% do valor, há opções melhores.

A fachada externa aparentemente nova, pode até dar a sensação de ser um prédio novo, porém as instalações e móveis são antigos. Em relação ao atendimento por telefone, o mesmo não existe, mesmo tentando por dois dias seguidos contato, não obtive sucesso, acabei confirmando a estadia, pela página do facebook do hotel. Não possue elevador, o quarto é bem pequeno (estava sozinho num quarto de casal), a cama é confortável, embora as suas roupas, bem como toalhas são bem gastas e levemente amareladas, a internet é mediana, caia constantemente, apanhei do chuveiro, pois ele precisa de uns bons minutos para esquentar a água, ainda o hotel fica ao lado da rodovia que para quem não é acostumado, pode achar barulhenta. Em contrapartida o atendimento presencial foi muito bom, todos muito educados e prestativos, o café da manhã tem comida simples, comum, mas bem variado, sem falar no pagamento pelo aplicativo Hotéis.com, bem prático. Enfim, a estadia em geral foi ok, mas por uns 50% a mais, com certeza haverá melhores opções, principalmente se a estadia durar mais que um ou dois dias.

Localização boa, próximo ao Ribeirão Shopping. Bem limpo, ar condicionado funcionando e chuveiro bom. Contudo, cama afundada, travesseiros horríveis (leve o seu, se puder) e costumam arrumar os quartos no meio da manhã, tornando impossível de se dormir à partir daí.

Hotel correspondeu às expectativas. Recepcionistas super prestativas e simpáticas. Poderiam oferecer mini-pastas de dentes e shampoo junto com as toalhas de banho e sabonetes e realizar manutenção nos controles de ar condicionado. Cama king ótima, embora roupa de cama um pouco velha. Frigobar funcionando perfeitamente. No geral, estadia foi boa!

Para o evento que participei, atendeu as expectativas. Era próximo e de carro tem fácil acesso aos demais pontos da cidade. A recepcionista é simpática, mas O serviço de quarto e de café da manhã foram fracos. O lençol era menor que o colchão. no café da manhã, servido até as 9 horas, as 8:30h já não tinha mais nem café. Foi preciso a recepcionista pedir para repor.
