Quarto sujo, banheiro com lodo, vaso sanitário com vazamento de água. Até garrafa de refrigerante vazia achei no quarto. Não condiz com padrão Ibis. Primeira vez que avalio um Ibis ruim.

Arrependimento por ter optado essa unidade.

As únicas coisas razoáveis foram a roupa de cama, o ar condicionado e o café da manhã. O resto todo sempre deixou a desejar em algum ponto. Toalhas horríveis, espaço restrito, camas pequenas, recepção requer muuuito treinamento. Dificilmente voltarei nessa unidade da rede Íbis.

No mesmo prédio existe o Íbis normal e o Budget. Ficamos no tradicional e achei ótimo. As avaliações no site não eram muito boas, decidi ficar lá pela localização mesmo. Mas me surpreendi positivamente. Foi ótimo e o café da manhã também foi bom.

Hotel péssimo, sujo, desorganizado. Nunca vi uma recepção de hotel tão suja, banheiros fedidos, café da manhã insuficiente para a quantidade de hóspedes. Quarto com mobília danificada, banheiro do quarto sujo, fedido. Péssimo hotel!

No mesmo prédio funciona o Ibis tradicional e o Ibis budget. O café da manhã é servido no mesmo local, nivelaram por baixo e servem padrão Ibis budget. Durante o café as mesas ficam sujas e com louças empilhadas, não repõe os alimentos. Na minha estadia, ficou sem café durante mais de uma hora (coado e na máquina).

O Ibis tem padrao Ibis , o quarto estava de tamanho OK , sem toalha de rosto , padrao Ibis. Mas estava aceitavel . O terrivel foi a falta se funcionarios para a lotacao que estava . 1 hora na fila do check in que perdi inicio do casamento. E no cafe da manha sem mesas limpas , nem pratos. The place is utterly understaff. People wearing plain clothes, no id badges, and clearly poorly trained. Only one desk at reception resulting in long lines. Whoever manages this place has no business running a hotel. Avoid it if you can. Really surprised Accor has not taken action yet.

Péssimo atendimento

Apesar da ótima localização, o atendimento é péssimo. Em todos os contatos que tive que atendentes, tive um atendimento medíocre. Algumas vezes, os atendentes foram inclusive mal educados. Pra piorar, eu havia pedido a emissão da NF pra minha empresa e emitiram pro meu CPF. Ao questionar a atendente no check-out ela disse que a responsabilidade de conferir era minha (?!). Pedi a correção deixando todas as informações e nada foi feito. Elogio apenas para a camareira atenciosa e educada que faz a limpeza do 12 andar na torre do Ibis comum. Os demais da recepção precisam ser treinados ou demitidos.
