Café simples, mas completo. Quarto bastante espaçoso, cama confortável. A região é muito boa, porém não pedi quarto silencioso, então nossa janela ficou do lado de uma avenida bem movimentada, o que nos incomodou bastante durante a noite.

Quarto enorme e bem confortável. Travesseiros não muito bons. Tinha um travesseiro no armário fedendo suor. Foi nojento. O chuveiro é ótimo e muito forte porém o ralo não dá conta e alaga o banheiro. Uma coca do frigobar 12,00 é um absurdo. Estacionamento 28,00 a diária tb não foi legal.

O hotel fica bem localizado, bom atendimento na recepçaõ, banheiro e quarto limpos e a internet é boa. PONTOS A MELHORAR: O estacionamento é terceIrizado e paga-se 28 reais a diária, isso devia ser informado aos hóspedes antes. O cafe da manhã é simples, pelo valor da hospedagem poderia ser melhor. O exaustor do banheiro tem um barulho muito alto e incomoda muito, poderia ser mais silencioso.

Um olhar para o melhor

O quarto razoável, janelas extremamente sujas por fora, mostrando uma deficiência com a limpeza e aparência, ar condicionado barulhento e infelizmente a liberação de hospedagem de pessoas com cachorro, terrível com um animal latenndo dentro de um hotel onde seria um lugar de descanço. Entendo que algumas coisas fazem parte, mas está do cachorro é imperdoável. Café razoável. O oferecimento de serviço de qualidade passa por constante mudança para que problemas não se acumulem. Gostaria de que na próxima vez já pudesse no notar está diferença. Agradeço aos funcionários que se esforçam para oferecer o melhor mas a administração deve ser pró ativa.
