"Overall the stay was good. The room was listed as Mobility Room. The door to the bathroom did not open as it stuck out about 15-20 degrees into the door way & it opens back against 2 glass sliding shower doors with a small opening when doors pushed back together.There is a 3-4" curb at the entrance to the shower. The only grab bar for the shower was in the far corner. Had to wash using the bathroom sink."

"Main part of our room was very nice. The bathroom was not very clean- shower had black hair all around and the chair for the shower had long black hair on the legs of it. One good size hair ball on ironing board leg. The bedding was comfortable,Coffee was ok the rest of the hotel seemed to be neat and organized "

"Room was very clean overall but floors were dirty. If you chose to have flooring in room then it should be washed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was disappointing. Very quiet location."

"Parking and check in were easy. The employee who checked us in was super kind. The room itself was fine but the towels and bedding had stains. Room was clearly not vacuumed. Pool is not heated and should be advertised as such. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool for our kids but we could not even swim in it. I liked being able to get the Starbucks in the morning. "

"Air conditioning was not very good. Even though we set the temp to 66 it was always 71-73 in the room. We were told there was no daily housekeeping but that after days someone would be in. That never happened. We put towels and trash in the hallway but never got towels replaced until we went to the desk ans asked for them. Never got a trash bag. I think you could do better on that!"
