"The hotel was clean. It is an older facility and as clean as possible. The breakfast area is small and dated. The pool was featured on the website but there was no mention that it wasn't currently open. The pool area, visible from the breakfast area revealed an empty pool and an unkept pool area. The bathroom faucet was very loose. I reported that and a work order was entered. There were no sugar free condiment options for the breakfast (and I did ask). Diabetics, be aware and bring your own. I have stayed at other Hilton facilities where sugar free syrup, etc, was available. I was charged 110.97 for my security deposit for 2 nights and refunded 100.00. I called and the extra was for 2 nights parking. That wasn't mentioned anywhere. What am I supposed to do? Walk in on foot? Overall, an acceptable stay, but not what I would expect from a Hilton facility."
