I want to start this by saying, I’m a Hilton rewards member and frequent their hotels as I travel for business. The Graduate did not live up to their typical standards. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder so you just had the tp on the granite counters that condensate when the shower is running ...

Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond
We've stayed here a few times over the years for our anniversary. The rooms are clean and we love it here, but this time the bed in our suite was HORRIBLE. It seems they changed the bed to a box spring mattress...the worst. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our staycation and loved reconnecting.
