"The hotel was perfect. Close to Central Park, the Gerschwin Theater, and Times Square. Front desk staff is friendly. Nice bar and Starbucks inside. The gym has treadmills, free weights, and Peloton machines. Highly recommend."

"We were disappointed from the start. It took 30+ minutes to check in. We booked a room with two Queen beds. When we checked in, we were told that they gave away all the rooms with queen beds. We paid more for that room and no compensation was provided. The security is sketchy at best. The same code ..."
