"beautiful view, grounds well keep pool very clean. twenty-four-hour security, staff very helpful, easy access to main road. Condo has all basic cooking utensils, nice beach towels, washer dryer in good working condition, AC units all working properly and cooling as designed. The owner is availed by phone and lives close for any problems. "

"The Villa is very beautiful! It has a pool, bar, and very friendly staff. It's close enough to town and there are few spots that are walking distance to buy food and snacks. The location is okay but everything you need is a very short drive away. The staff is very friendly and everyone is available when needed. Minor setbacks include the lack of AC, poor indoor lighting in the common area at night, and the bugs. The latter is manageable (coming from someone who is terrified of bugs). I didn't...

"My family and I had a phenomenal time at Moon Palace! From the moment we arrived on the shuttle, we were met with a warm welcome from the hotel staff and greeted with cold towels, flowers, and refreshing beverages-everything was spectacular.
Antoinette made our check-in seamless, Tanisha ensured our room was perfect every day (we even had a diffuser that she had running everyday), and Simone at the spa worked wonders on my back-thank you! Room service was also top-notch; we’re still reminiscing about our delicious morning breakfasts of ackee, callaloo, bammy, and both fried and boiled dumplings. As a vegan family, we truly appreciated being able to enjoy our ackee and callaloo without saltfish.
While I do wish there were more plant-based options at the buffet for dinner, we made do with what was available, and the chef even made an effort to accommodate us at one point. On our final night, we were treated to a complimentary family-style dinner, and we chose Indian cuisine. Let me tell you-it completely made up for the limited plant-based options earlier in our stay. The food was absolutely delicious!
Overall, our five-day stay was unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to the next time we visit Jamaica (our birthplace) while making Moon Palace our home away from home.

"The view was wonderful. Just like the advertisement. very clean friendly place.. It was right in the heart of the places to be. The music was a bit loud and played all night til 4. But I loved it. It was 1hour and 43 minutes away from the airport."
