"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. "I stayed here for a couple of nights for a wedding. The room was clean, and breakfast was hot and on time. Parking gets a little packed later in the day. My only complaint is that on the morning of check-out, while packing to leave, I had a knock at my door 2 different times asking when I was going to check out. Check-out is 11 a.m and this was before 11 a.m. I felt very rushed to get out. I got to the front desk at exactly 11 a.m to check out. I asked the front desk if there was a rush to leave, and she said, "Well... if you're going to check out late, you have to let us know". A side from that, everything else was fine."

His knowledge of the area, great personality, and genuine care for guests made every ride enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make venturing out around Newport fun, easy, and stress-free. "We loved our stay here! Very close to water, we enjoyed getting a morning complementary coffee and walking down to the water in the morning. The owner was there during breakfast to make sure everything was being refilled and kept fresh for breakfast. The room and bathroom were both very clean and house keeping came every day to clean and give fresh towels. I will definitely be rebooking here next year!"
