My stay was great. I only have one issue. In this location you have to bring your towels down to the front desk to get clean towels daily. Otherwise its great, clean, convenient, great location, and the staff is nice as well. Thanks I'll be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the product was fairly clean overall. I didn't realize (I may hand missed it in the details) that you have to make a request for housekeeping or your room doesn't get cleaned. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay and will likely book again when I'm in the area.

This was a great place to stay when I was in the area for one night. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. There is a large shopping center a quick drive down the road with a ton of food and shopping options. I was able to pick up a few toiletries I forgot from the local Target before grabbing some dinner.

Check-in was a breeze. We get to our room and it's a nice size room for 2 people. It was a studio apartment which I love when I'm on vacation. The kitchen had the basics. I do wish there was a big bowl to utilize. It didn't appear the room was thoroughly cleaned. Some of the dishes were spotted, the hand soap dispenser wasn't refilled and ran out the day before check out. The bathroom tub & sink didn't appear to be cleaned. The gym was small but manageable. So it was just OK for me.

It was a great option for a night. We had been traveling for 24 hours and needed some sleep. Flight delays brought to Richmond at midnight and we were not wanting to drive an hour home in the dark.

I've stayed here 3 times. The first time was not that great. However because of the location I gave them another shot. The experienced was great the second and third time. This stay was terrible cockroach on wall when brought to front desk attention he said you want to change rooms i said no as lets be honest if its in one room its on all.Asked for extra towels as they gave us 2 and we had 3 people staying in room and a total of 5 days so needed more then just 3 towels got attidude then when i asked for soap they acted like i was asking for alot they told me to bring bottles down and they would put soap in,Like why do i need to do things to make my stay more comfortable when i was quest. .

The room and the hotel in general was disgusting. We were given a room to start with that reeked so bad it made your eyes water. They changed our room and after we spent the first night we found toe nail clippings on the floor. When we mentioned after the first day that no one cleaned the room we were informed that they don't clean everyday. On the second day we ran out of shampoo and soap and when telling the front desk, we were informed that they didn't have any. So we had to go out and buy our own. Day three there was a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We were there from Thursday to Sunday and the room was never cleaned the entire time. We had to get toilet paper from the front desk. Also the back door to the hotel the card reader did not function so they blocked the door open. I believe the security was bad. We never saw any employee other than the person behind the desk. Nobody was cleaning any part of the hotel at any time.
