My family and I love coming to the Drury Hotel.. You get a lot of amenities for each nightly rate paid.. Its definitely worth the money whether you are on vacation or a staycation..

Some of the most comfortable beds on the east coast. We stay here and go out of our way if necessary when traveling south. Great spot to stop if traveling from Northeast to Florida. The quality of sleep you get will have you recharged for the next day.

I really enjoy the breakfast and happy hour meal and beverages. It is great that the pool is opened all year around, as well. Great customer service and clean facility..

This was a very clean hotel. It was very quiet during the night. They have a free dinner and breakfast which was really nice. The only down side was the bed was a little soft for my back. Otherwise a great place to stay!

I think this hotel is about 5 years old but it still looks and feels brand new; they take very good care of the property. Breakfasts have lots of options. Parking is super easy and it is convenient to everything in Short Pump. Our only drawback this time was a bunch of rowdy teens yelling in their room and roaming the hallways. It settled down by about 9:30. I'm sure it was a one-off type of thing.

Booked this hotel for the food and drinks at night, so convenient and good. Travelled 12 hrs from florida to Richmond, and arrived to the hotel 3 minutes before 7 pm. by the time I have checked in with my reservation, she said the dinner is over at 7 pm. I asked if we can just quickly go and pick what is left on the table, people were still serving themselves, and eating, and she didn't make any effort to let us eat. We were hungry and tired, but she insisted we can't go and eat even the leftovers. We were very disappointed, and had to buy our dinner at the bar, and they would not even give us our free drink.

Spotless, friendly, very welcoming however.... did not provide natural butter for breakfast items. Used some type of concoction. But a terrific spot to stay. Highly recommend!

Staff was all wonderful and very on top of all things going on in the hotel. The food from the on-site bar and grill was delicious and so was the included breakfast and kick back food. Drury always takes excellent care of their guests!!

I found the property to exceed my expectations which is a rare occurrence when staying at hotels. The staff were inviting and helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar on site which is super convenient as well as a full convenience center for the small odds and ends your forgot to bring. The room was clean, modern and comfy. The hot tub and pool as well as a fitness center made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. By far one of the best stays at a hotel I have had in the area and I have stayed at a lot of them. Will absolutely be back.

The Drury Plaza Hotel is an amazing property! They give complimentary breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and snacks which can actually be dinner if you ask me!! Essentially this hotel is more bang for your buck than any hotel I have ever been in!! It was wonderful to stay there! The hot tub and pool that has indoor and outdoor access is heaven!! What Ana amazing stay!! I will come back and not go to any other hotel ever again!!!

We stayed 2 nights, picked this hotel (paid a bit more) versus others, because of the breakfast/dinner snacks/drinks, pool/hot tub, and clean bedroom. We were happy for the price we paid :), wish they hv more chain hotels in the states.

Stayed with a family of 4 - free dinner - free breakfast and a n indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub! great value - I will definitely use them again - the staff was great too. My only complaint - our beds were not comfortable - but we have really nice mattresses at home so for the value it was ok.

The property was welcoming and the room, especially the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the Happy Hour complimentary drink and popcorn. My only critique was that there was hair that wasn't mine in the shower.

The property was very nice. The staff was excellent. The breakfast and snacks in the afternoons was delicious. The only suggestion would be to have more than two waffle makers for breakfast because of the guests are always waiting to use them. They were extremely popular with all the guests. It was not really long wait but I heard several guests complaining because of the wait.
