Booked king room with sofa pull out. Gave us cheaper double queen, didnt even say that it was overbooked. Went all the way to our room to see error This was at midnight after driving all the way from fort eisenhower (military family) Had to haul everything back downstairs to be told we were just out of luck. Per friendly and nice staff at the front desk and breakfast is well organized. Rooms were clean and had a large size tv preset with my name. Great location right off of the highway. I just wish they had a swimming pool as most Fairfield Inn by Marriott do.
