The rule that the rooms will be cleaned every other day is nasty. People come hotel for comfort and cleanliness. Rooms should be cleaned everyday.

We stayed here for three nights. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Actually, it was very quiet even with the highway close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The only thing that bothered me and my husband was the Strong BLEACH smell From the bedding. We both have sensitive skin, also very bad allergies. We will bring our own bedding next time.

The primary reason I was taken with this hotel was the staff. I’ve stayed at many (frankly, too many) hotels so I have some understanding of what constitutes a great/good/ok/bad/terrible hotel. It was wonderful all around. But, the way you really evaluate, let’s say “judge,” a hotel is the staff, both front and back. I interacted with both, numerous times. They have their policies, which the take seriously, but they also understand when unplanned things occur. I travelled from a great distance and needed a lot of calm and quiet. I asked for small things. A TV turned down. Ice, water, a glass. The little things were most graciously met. I requested something a little larger as I had a slightly longer stay than I initially expected. They were full. But, they did everything they could to help with a difficult and perhaps unsolvable problem. The entire hotel was booked! Nothing to be done, yet they tried their best and finally accomplished it. The moral of the story is hire really competent people who care about the customers. They went above and beyond. Thank you. Thank you Paula. Thank you Neal. Thank you Crystal. Thanks to everyone.

No sitting place and no solution from the hotel
The standard king bed room despite its spaciousness it doesn't provide any sitting place except a desk chair. My son and I had to sit on bed. I have never been to a hotel which offers no sofa, sofa chair. When I asked for upgrade consideration, I was told by the front desk that my booking agent had to call the hotel. After my booking agent called, we were told the room change was not possible and I must talk to the property manager the next day. When I finally talked to the manager the next morning, the only solution I was given is to cancel my reservation and rebook it with the hotel directly. How was it possible for me to cancel my reservation at that point? I stayed six nights and we had to sit in bed all that time.

The front desk people were wonderful, but this hotel had some awful smells. The whole second floor wreaked of marijuana and the elevators smelled like urine. We asked to move rooms and they quickly accommodated, but the second room still had a marijuana smell. We will not be returning. Staff was great and nice!

One of the Best
I have stayed at this Fairfield Inn location several times including stays lasting about a week. I have not once had a single problem. My stay was always quite, comfortable and clean. I will continue to come back and stay here when in the area.

Booked a hotel room for my 75 year old dad, in his name, for his out of town church meeting. I paid in full, in advance, online through Expedia. When my dad arrived the lady at the front desk wouldn't give him his room and was asking a million questions, about car insurance, what car he was driving, registration, etc. Confusing him and grilling him about giving them more and more information. He eventually had to call my mom, who had to call the hotel and demand they give my dad the room that we paid for. After threatening to call a corporate office and giving the hotel a bad review, they finally said they will give him his room. Never coming back to this establishment after all this.

As Checking in someone walked in and asked for directions to the restroom not staying at the hotel as a guest Didn’t realize Rest Rooms were public especially if there is a public restroom next door at the convenient store Just a little Safety Precaution for your guests Other than that Very Polite, Professional and Clean

Comfy but smelly.
The staff were really nice. The hotel still looks new. The room was very clean and still looked new. The bed was very comfy. The only thing we didnt like was the way the hotel lobby and hallways smell. I'm not sure whats going on there but the lobby and hallways have an obnoxious odor. The smell was not in the room however.

My bed room and bathroom was nice front desk staff was ok the breakfast fruit and cereal was good boil eggs was ok everything else tasted horrible the coffee is always cold and the pool was dirty we stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping changed our towels and bedding once because we ask them to, brenda from housekeeping five stars for her she’s awesome .

The staff was very friendly, I had to move to a new room because there were a ton of ants in my first room. I was supposed to receive a credit for one of my nights and did not receive the credit. My service with Expedia was not good at all. I will not book with them for future stays.

This hotel was just ok. Breakfast not great. Under the bed was very dirty- looked like it had never been cleaned. Whatever cleaner they did use made the whole hotel smell like a old people home/hospital.

When we checked into room late on Saturday night our toilet was not working. It wouldn't flush. Since it was late I decided to wait till the morning. Morning comes and it still isn't working. I ended up calling front desk and they said they would send someone. No one ever came to fix it. For as much as we paid to have that issue it was a major inconvenience.
