The property was nice not sure why we have to pay for parking but hey. The room was really clean. The only issue that I had was the water was extremely hot even when you put it on cold it was still hot so it was a challenge, giving the kiddos a bath. Besides that customer service was great. Breakfast was great.

The property is clean. Front desk is always ready willing and able to help anyway possible The rooms are extremely clean. Bed is very comfortable. I stay at this hotel while I’m working very large desk area. Nice living room lounging area and I love how the sleeping area is separated by a very small wall. The breakfast options wonderful variety and always very tasty.

Good stay with some issues

We had an easy, quick check in. Overall, the room was nice however we noticed the morning after our stay there were lots of little ants all over the room. My son slept on the pull out sofa and the mattress was kind of uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The gym equipment was nice, however there were no towels and the water bubbler was empty. We did let the front desk staff know about the ant issue and they were very apologetic and offered us Hyatt points towards a future visit.
