"May 14th front desk guy seemed lost not professional. Next day evening the Front desk woman had bad attitude who worked on the 15th of May . If you want to get high on second hand smoke on weed with your family kids etc then it’s the place to be because that’s all you will inhale at this place.one of my vehicles got hit by another vehicle a work truck on Friday morning the 15th and front desk morning staff was no help did not bother to even call cops to help report the incident or even write the incident up themselves to acknowledge it. We know it was a work truck because that is where we parked beside a white work truck. If you like to park a block away because of no parking then it’s the place to check in. If you like to check in and wait 3 hrs for your room to be ready at 7pm instead of 4pm because rooms not being ready then it’s the spot for you. If you like your whole family being in separate floors it’s the spot to be in. I checked in on May 14th at 4 pm had to wait for a room in lobby from a long trip they told me to wait due to no rooms ready and I got a room a few hrs later. Next morning the cleaning guy was very helpful he did accommodate us with clean towels sheets etc. very friendly and fast service. Front desk night staff sucks. Breakfast is nothing but microwave sausage and gravy is gross and eggs overcooked with lots of black pepper, the pictures about breakfast on advertisement is false. Gross breakfast, dirty pool and spa. Smelly dirty elevators ."

"8010 W Broad Street, Country Inn & Suites, May 2026; Hotel is very run down. Elevator does not function properly and is a nuisance to deal with. Cracked glass between pool area and workout room. Had to ask at front desk for a pool towel and toilet paper for our room. All amenities were cheap quality, especially toilet paper, tissues, and small soaps, shampoo. Shower head had gap between the drywall, room curtains had holes, letting light in, bath towel was dirty/stained. Dirty carpets throughout hotel. Stairwell carpets, walls, door handles all need cleaned/replaced. Refrigerator in room was not cold upon arrival. Breakfast was just okay. Be sure to park near hotel. Neighboring business will tow you. Hotel locks their door from 11 pm until after breakfast (approximately 10 AM). Overpriced!"

"The bathroom had missing handles on the faucet. The microwave was burned out and rusty inside, could not be used. I try to use one in the breakfast bar area that one didn’t work they said the power was out. When I asked for a replacement, they decided to put me in a different room, and it wasn’t much better. The rooms were dark and dingy. The bathroom was under maintain needs remodeling. The breakfast was horrible had pancakes, old bagels, and I think yogurt was all I can recall. No meat or eggs or juice. I actually moved to Homewood suites next door and it was 10 or 20 times better. We ate the expense of the new place (Homewood Suites) because the Microtel we booked was not refundable. The photos online are misleading. Never stay here!!!"

"Not a good experience. Although the carpet, flooring, bed and fixtures were updates, the walls, light switches, thermostat and inside of bathroom door were dirty and disgusting Wallpaper was peeling in common areas The mattress had blood on the side that was not covered by the very wrinkled bed ruffle People stayed in the parking garage smoking pot and the smell filled the garage and elevator and halls and entered the room through the vents Poor management of a renovated property Breakfast staff was attentive and helpful "
