Rooms were spacious and larger than expected. Clean rooms. Friendly staff! The breakfast attendant was lovely and has great energy that early in the morning. The front desk staff was friendly as well.

The staff went above to accommodate our needs. Extremely friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a few options. We did not have the opportunity to utilize the pool, workout room or any buisness options available. I would definitely stay here again.

It was fine, the staff was courteous. The rooms were just ok with lots lacking in comfort - sinks were clogged, shower made a weird squealing noise and beds/bedding were ok. Nothing terrible at all, just overall a mid grade hotel. The staff was quick to change our room when we discovered the pull out mattress was missing , despite being a very busy check in night. The lady in charge of breakfast was a delight though.

Couches in rooms 107 & 109 are nasty dirty. Brown stain on floor and (seen from door) on underskirt of bed, lock broken on door. Staff were as helpful as possible, changed rooms, couch still gross, then gave extra sheets to cover couch. Staff advised on how to wiggle lock to get it to disengage so door would shut/lock but I was late so staff was helpful and fixed door for me so I could leave room with all my stuff and get to meeting on time. Kids were running in halls on my floor and above so not able to sleep. Appreciated that they had bottled beer for sale on premise.

The room was as usual, neat and clean. The beds were narrower than usual queen beds. Felt uncomfortable seeing the cautionary signboard in the parking area, saying that 'hotel management is not responsible for stealing and breaking of cars in the parking area.'

Breakfast was good. Location was very good. Guest service was also good. But rooms with queen beds are actually full not queen (too small for two people to share). And although we asked for room cleaning service requested with 24 hrs anticipation on our 6 days stay, they never did. We had to ask front desk for new towels and toilet paper twice.
