"The A/C Unit in our room was extremely noisy and rattling. Took the filters out which seem to help some but put them back in and decided there was still no way we’d been able to get good rest for the night. Tried to call the front desk with the phone in the room but it didn’t work. No dial tone. Ended up going down to the front desk and the gal was super helpful and put us in another room for the night across the hall so it wasn’t to bad as far as moving our things to another room for the night. The A/C unit in the second room was much quieter as it should be."

"No elevator. Despite booking a handicap room, they tried to put us on the second floor and then upcharged us to move to the first floor. Gutters hanging off the building, landscaping hasn't been touched in years with 4 ft tall weeds all around. Grass not cut and 3ft tall. Not as advertised."
