"This was the worse stay we’ve had, I understand it’s an older hotel. But the door lock /chain didn’t have the connection attached. The microwave was sitting on a kitchen chair and not plugged in, the outlet it should go into was off the wall by an inch or more. Staff was not helpful and no coffee/water or continental breakfast Terrible! !!!!"

"We booked online. When we saw "by Wyndham" we associated that with good quality. I called the contact number provided online multiple times prior to arrival. No one ever answered and the call was repeatedly dropped. Upon check in, I asked about it and was provided with a completely different number. The main lobby entrance outside door was propped open. The room was clean and ok. The toilet seat was very loose. We asked to borrow a screw driver so we could fix it. The desk clerk came to our room and tried to fix it. The fix was very short lived. There was some type of smoke detector? dangling from our ceiling. The door on the ac controls was broken and fell off when we opened it. Outside our window was a rusted old storage shed and an overgrown flowerbed with no flowers. The sidewalks were partially blocked with overgrown bushes. The outside entrance was not secure even though there was a slide bar for the room key. The nuts and bolts of the lock were missing. Anyone could walk in. Advertised "Breakfast" consisted of a very minimum continental type breakfast. Unfortunately, our stay was poor overall quality and we were disappointed."
