"We had two rooms during our stay, and unfortunately neither had hot water for showers on either night. We reported the issue and were told to run the water for 15–20 minutes to heat up. Even after waiting that long, the water was only lukewarm at best. Breakfast was fair, the rooms were clean, and the staff was nice and understanding, which we did appreciate. However, the lack of hot water was a major inconvenience.This was a 300.00 a night room. With no compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, due to this issue, I would not choose to stay here again. "

"Only had coffee. Coffee was good. Room was very clean. The lady checked us in very friendly. One of her co workers not so much. Air conditioning was cool. Our room no 230 had some noise in the wall that was constant 24 hours. We nor the staff could identify the sound. We got no rest at all. Hotel was booked so could not move. Very disappointing. The outside pet stations were overflowing with trash, I.e cups, paper bags etc. I understand staff cannot control the rude folks who use them as garbage cans but staff should make sure they are cleaned out periodically. "

"Didn’t see hot tub Pool wasn’t open Mini breakfast was good (bagels,cereal,coffee,juices) Rags & Towels could’ve been washed with bleach and a lighten scented detergent. Overall: nice room, nice sizing, parking is cool, nearby Publix Walmart etc, gas station and liquor store is walking distance, beautiful shower, the Ac controls are on the wall not on the actual Ac unit. We enjoyed our stay and if ever back in that area we would definitely book again! Thank you! "

"Great location, everything you need, with free parking and free breakfast. Don’t expect much from breakfast but it will curb your hunger. Lots of better breakfast spots for a better meal around Athens. Bed is great, bathroom is small but functionally smart. Wish we’d known about this place earlier. Price is right!"

"Breakfast was ehh. Powdered eggs.. Coffee was good, there was some sausage, biscuits, bagels, yogurt and juice. Not the worst thing but not like amazing. The lobby literally smelled like fart when checking in. The worse thing is that the $225 room I paid for reeked of smoke in "smoke free facility" and was covered up with cheap spray. Woke up the next day couldn't breathe. Left as soon as possible. Should be $50 a night max. I think I'm done with hotels."
