"5 star for the staff they're very corteous and location are great... why 3 star was because of the room... 1st was the fridge was not working but got replaced,.. 2nd was shower... not as powerful, although its ok i only stayed for 1night...3rd maybe water stain at the ceiling, 4th... few electrical outlet... "This is a good budget hotel in a great location close to restaurants, stores and entertainment."

"A staff member accessed our room in middle of night (after midnight) when we were sleeping. Used key card to open door without knocking, turned the lights on then off, then closed the door and left. I complained to front desk staff as that is unsafe for anyone to barge in like that. There was no extra security lock on their door. "
