"Denied check-in for 4 people when there was a double sofa bed & king size bed. I've stayed in other hotels in Spain with the same arrangement and number of people with no issues. They left us stranded the day we arrived for our two week trip with no choice but to book new accomodations somewhere ..."

"Very practical location near a mall, we especially enjoyed the Sushiko restaurant. The staff at the lobby were very helpful. The room and bathroom were good size. Air conditioner worked great."
