"We love the history of the place. Having presidents as well as Molly Brown have stayed there is pretty cool! It is also in a beautiful and convenient location across from the hot springs and close to town. We enjoy sitting by the fire outside in the evening enjoying drinks from the bar. "The property is a bit outdated, but it has an excellent location and the staff are very friendly. It's a good choice for a short stay. I recommend requesting a room away from the elevators and stairways, as I experienced frequent noise from guests using the stairway to access the parking lot. The serve a continental breakfast as well, I chose to eat out."

"Everything about my experience at this hotel was impeccable. The young lady at the front desk?? She couldn't have been more kind or helpful. I felt incredibly well taken care of like I was their only guest. I have never had better service. This is where I will be coming to stay every time I come into town to see my son and grandbaby. I was warmly welcomed and the receptionist told me all about the different amenities and genuinely seemed happy to see me. I got a single king size bed and the room was huge I completely did not expect that. I have very long hair and needed more shampoo than was provided so I went out in the hallway in the morning and the housekeeping very much accommodated everything I needed plus more. I really wanted time to spend in the pool and hot tub but didn't get a chance to this trip"
