Lovely hotel in a great location. Would be good to have a smoke-free bar as the smoking put me off. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only improvement is I would’ve liked complimentary water in the room, other than that it was great.

An absolutely magnificent stay. A beautiful hotel, built in 1877. The room was spacious and staff wonderful. Classic elegance. The location was absolutely perfect as it is so close to the town square, but it was still easy for a driver to drop you off or pick you up. The bar was beautiful and relaxing, as was the sauna. It was a lovely stay, in a lovely city.

This is a superb hotel imo. The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. It is in the Old Town so the sights of Riga are all easily walkable. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in close proximity to the hotel. However, the hotel itself has a Michelin * restaurant (excellent food - we dined there one evening). The hotel also has a very comfortable bar area. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel has an old world charm to it. It is beautifully decorated the rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff are super helpful. The buffet breakfast was deliciously done must try the eggs palace style yum. It is close to the centre of old Riga but in a very quite street. A perfect hotel.

This was a very nice hotel. Very welcoming staff especially Evita who was always willing to guide us or help us with anything. Clean rooms - great location. Breakfast was great - so much variety and very polite and efficient service. Made our stay in Riga a little more special. .
