"It’s located right next to the highway, so check-in and check-out are really quick and convenient. The hotel itself is clean, and the bedding set was excellent and very comfortable.
If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest during a long road trip, this is definitely an ideal spot."
"If you don't care about where you stay. I still wouldn't stay here. Look when you first walk in the lobby look. Just look at their faces you are like a bother to them they hate their job they hate you are there. Our first room the shower head was not working no water pressure, hair on sheets when we went to get in bed and and hair on the towels before we used them hanging by the sink. We complained and asked to be moved to a different room we went from 238 to 258. In 258 the bed is smaller then the frame they had a tub but you have to fill it up by using the shower. The walls are all messed up poor paint jobs you can see where they painted over mistakes. I mean even in the lobby I should have known when I looked at the poor paint job by their fire panel behind the counter, the eye burning chlorine in the hallways by the cloudy pool. They don't clean your room and change your towels every day and if you ask for towels it took 4 hrs to get them to bring some only after I called and reminded them I called 4 hrs ago. Then when I tried to call back they sent my calls to voicemail. Ignoring me. I didn't pick this place Travelocity did I can assure you they will here from me on this as well. All we can do is use platforms like this to make sure we express ourselves and not accept these conditions as status quo. So when we go to places like this give real reviews and warn people. My grandkids wanted to come see us here we were embarrassed to even let them see our room."
"We spent a weekend there with my daughters. The cleanliness is a 100 out of 10, and the staff is fantastic—always willing to help with anything. They are the best."
