"Beautiful place. In a residential area so not much to do around there, but the train station is close which is nice. Gianna was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed."

"Beautiful. It’s an old monastery. Great location for getting around. Would definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful room and property"

"I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Florence. The place is very nice, clean and the staff is great! The sites are all within walking distance."

"A beautiful place with an amazing staff and everything you need. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!"

"Amazing property and room, only issue is it’s very understaffed so it’s hard to get anything without chasing down workers. They also don’t stay on the property so after like 11pm you’re on your own. Besides that it was a wonderful location and very peaceful."

"Great place to stay!!"

"Excellent location, really friendly staff and lovely room"

"Finding the location and checking in was a bit confusing. It’s also un-manned and a pretty steep fee to check in outside of the set 3 hours you are supposed to check in. Location was phenomenal and the room was clean. They also left out extra towels and toilet paper which was appreciated since there’s no front desk or anyone there. If you just need a bed in the heart of Florence and are flexible when you can check in then it’s a great place for that"

"Great hotel and super central!"

"Clean, roomy, good location, comfortable bed, powerful shower. Very good for a quick stay."

"Location - close to station, monuments. Including a wonderful breakfast at the cafe close by!"

"This was some of the kindest and most attentive staff we’ve ever encountered! Truly went above and beyond for our family and made sure we were totally comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel - don’t hesitate to book! They will take care of you beautifully!"
