"Staff appears inexperienced. No bed linens or towels were in the cabin when I checked-in. I informed reception and they would inform someone to bring them. Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room and gave me a set. The lobby and restaurant is also very stylish with plenty of space, yet gives a cozy atmosphere with lighting and a fireplace. The food at dinner was great, and there was a huge selection at breakfast. Something for everyone!
They even have a games room for kids to play foozeball or Ping pong. We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but we will be back next year!"
