"We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with our family of 5 and the space was great. The place was very clean and the staff was super nice. Our only issue was communicating. Breakfast at their restaurant was supposed to be included but they wanted us to walk across the street to another place or deliver it to our room. That would have been fine but they never brought it when they said they would. One day it took 2.5 hours. Our last day there, they said they’d bring breakfast at 9:30 and finally, hours later, they said we could walk across the street to get it. That was incredibly frustrating and made it difficult to make plans. We also had to repeatedly ask for enough towels so we could have one per person and not have to share. We enjoyed the location and view but the difficulties we had with communication would make us think twice about staying again."

"It was a short staycation for my hubby’s bday. Over all everything was great. Except the sauna and steam room wasn’t working. There wasn’t any cocktails available by the pull side. And our couples massage wasn’t the best we’ve had. Aside those little things, everything else made his bday great."

"The hotel was clean and staff was excellent. First night my mattress was so hard. I asked to change rooms and they let me look at several till I found a comfortable bed. The a/c wasn’t working well they repaired it with in 10 minutes. Great stay!! Breakfast buffet was good the omelet station rocked!!"
