"This place has an odd vibe. I felt like I was imposing on the help there. I did not feel welcome at all. For example, it was mid afternoon and my wife and I were sitting by the pool enjoying the cool weather. We were told to leave the pool area because the guy had to sweep the pool. That’s only one example. Next time I go to Payson I will not stay here unless it’s the only option."

"I had a small conference to go to at the last minute by my company which will be breaking ground there in Payson so I had to look for a small off to work in. There was baseball game going on so most of the hotels were full. Found Knights Inn and it was perfect!! Easy access to and from the hotel /clean/quiet and just right for a quick stay. Also I left my debit card there by accident and they called me right away!! Thank you for being honest!!!! Thanks Knights Inn!.. I’ll be using you again!❤️❤️❤️❤️"
