"The Palace Hotel, Cervia is an excellent hotel of its kind in Cervia with excellent premises. and mainly excellent and pleasant frontline staff, except perhaps one. The hotel manager was very kind enough to bring up himself to the room my wife's lost bag which was eventually found but the concierge was not very helpful when she first reported about it. The front desk staff were also very proactive in quickly finding us an alternative, better sea-view room. The hotel is also a pet-friendly hotel...

"I had a nice stay at this nice hotel located by the beach walk in Cervia. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool area at the back side with a bar & restaurant.
