Molta cordialità e gentilezza, ottimo buffet per la colazione, pulizia camera eccellente. Consigliato per raggiungere la Fiera e ideale per la tranquillità dopo una giornata di lavoro. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Tornerò il prossimo anno.

Hotel semplice, un po' vintage sia nell'arredo che nella funzionalità. Colazione buona. Camera ampia, letti comodi e grandi. Mini bar vuoto. Tv non funzionante.

Небольшой отель в непосредственной близости от центра города, пять минут пешком до пляжа номер 39. Никакого дискомфорта от того, что это не первая линия. Вкусные завтраки,довольно большой зал-ресторан. Номер на четверых маленький, по сути двухместный в который поместили еще одну, двухъярусную, кровать. При этом все довольно чисто. Проводить в нем много времени, большой семьей, можно только лежа на кроватях, иначе не развернешься. Есть небольшая детская площадка. Рядом много ресторанов и магазинов.
Найти парковочное место на улице почти невозможно. Прямо за отелем начинается зона ограниченного движения, будьте внимательны! За небольшую плату машину припаркуют на территории отеля, это делают сотрудники отеля, ключи при этом надо оставлять на рецепшен.
В целом все понравилось, персонал приветливый, стараются помочь.

Hotel położony w drugiej linii brzegowe. Pokój wyglądał jakby był w trakcie remontu, albo poziom wykonania remontu miał dużo do życzenia.

Ausgezeichneter Service der Zimmer/Hotel
Wir haben kurzfristig ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Diese Buchung hat sich als richtiges "Schnäppli" erwiesen. Die ganze Hotelbelegschaft war nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung fast keine Restaurants. So haben wir vor Ort das Nachtessen (3 Gänge) dazugebucht. Es war sehr schmackhaft. Das Doppelzimmer war dem Preis entsprechend sehr gemütlich, gute Betten, sehr Sauber, immer frische Wäsche, angenehmer Duft nach dem Reinigen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Posizione comoda per stazione Viserba e Fiera Rimini; il parcheggio interno serve solo se si lascia l'auto ferma per tutto il soggiorno, altrimenti bisogna far spostare almeno 4-5 auto. Buona e abbondante la colazione a buffet. Improponibile il bagno: eravamo in una camera tripla, quindi 3 persone, un lavandino dimensione lavamani, doccia senza box, se la usi si allaga tutto, senza finestra, odore di fogna. Gentile il personale.

Buone posizione per fiera Rimini
Il primo impatto è stato molto negativo con la camera assegnata: Un bagno ridicolo con doccia montato sopra il WC. Siamo stati assegnati un'altra camera con un bagno leggermente più grande di dimensioni accetabili, ma sempre facendo una doccia allegando tutto il pavimento. Bisogna fare attenzione con la scelta della camera "standard" che prevede delle camere datate con bagno non modernizzato. Le camere "superior" hanno un bagno con una cabina doccia e sono più moderne.
In generale servizio eccelente e personale molto disponibile. Abbiamo potuto usufruire delle biciclette in presito che permetteva di visitare la fiera di Rimini facilmente. Posizione è ottimo vicino al mare.

Hotel tres pres de la plage agreable et simple
Hotel familial tres bien tenu, on s y sent bien des le debut! Personnel tres a l ecoute,serviable.A la reception, on parle tres bien le francais!quelques chambres avec de grandes terrasses avec transats,manque juste un petit frigo! Salle de bains simples mais vu le prix demande pour la chambre en septembre, rien a dire! Restauration simple mais tres bonne, petit dejeuner aussi!! Boissons au bar tres corrects! On y retournera c est certain!

sono rimasta sorpresa di questo hotel. Colazione abbondante e varia.La camera era comoda e confortevole,vicinissima al mare in posizione strategica per i vari punti di interesse: Centro città,fiera ecc. Il personale cordiale e sempre disponibile ad ogni mia richiesta. Viaggiando molto la cosa che ho apprezzato di questo hotel è la velocità dell'internet wi-fi libero e con un buon segnale cosa che nn riscontro spesso.In fine consiglio questo hotel a tutti.

l'hotel accogliente
Abbiamo fatto un soggiorno breve ma molto intenso. Hotel sito in un ottima posizione vicino al mare, zona perfetta per le famiglie con bambini. Nelle vicinanze si trovano diversi parchi tematici, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Ottima qualità di servizio e cortesia del personale. Hotel moderno e molto pulito, camere ampie con balcone e l'aria condizionata. Ottima colazione abbondante. Con molto piacere vorrei consigliare questa struttura a tutti viaggiatori!

L'hotel in un'ottima posizione vicino al mare. Le camere ed i spazi comuni sono pulitissime. Ha un ristorante interno con una buona cucina. Personale è molto cortese ed è sempre disponibile. Ritorneremo all'hotel Avana Mare con molto piacere e speriamo anche che sarà al più presto!

Hotel è ottimo per le vacanze di famiglia! Situato a due passi dal mare.
Le camere spaziose e pulitissime. Colazione abbondante. Si mangia molto bene anche a pranzo e cena!
Il personale è cordiale ed è sempre disponibile.

meglio una classica pensione romagnola .....
Speravo in un soggiorno rilassante e invece ... al nostro arrivo ci dicono che purtroppo la camera non è più disponibile per l'ultima notte ... così a noi come altre persone ! Al chè, alquanto scocciati, abbiamo chiesto di trovare una soluzione al problema, soluzione che è stata trovata l'ultimo giorno alle 19.00 dopo numerose telefonate al servizio clienti ... le prime due notte avevamo una camera da quattro in due ... confortevole anche se non troppo pulita .... l'ultima notte ci hanno dato una stanza con un letto da una piazza e mezzo ... sporca !!!! Lo staff è ... strano, alcune di loro non parlano italiano ... mi aspettavo la classica pensione romagnola a conduzione familiare :,( !!! Non è sicuramente un tre stelle !!!!

Noi ci siamo fermati una sola notte e ci siamo trovati bene (in rapporto al prezzo pagato). L'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia. Le stelle, come al solito in Italia, sono sopravvalutate. Il personale è gentile anche se io avevo prenotato una familiare con 5 letti e mi hanno dato 2 matrimoniali. Dovevo fermarmi 1 notte e non ho fatto storie. La colazione era ok.
