I found this hotel expensive for what it was. The workout room was tiny and no pool. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work, nor did the bathroom fan. I mentioned the coffee maker but didn’t get a replacement. The location was great for the Rimouski marathon and I liked the smart TV!

Parking lot is awful. Not even paved. Very hard to bring your belongings in. The hallway was very dark and not kept up well. The room itself was clean but nothing special considering the price. We had what they called a suite and river view, but it was difficult to even see the river. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful.

Everything was so dirty (walls, doors, light fixtures, etc.) I felt gross sleeping at that hotel, never again. I question the star rating as this isn’t uncleanliness from one previous client however long term neglect, I’ve stayed at much cleaner and nicer hotels with a lower star rating🤔

Très belle chambre. Grande avec tout le nécessaire, même une mini cuisine. Des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques gratuites dans le stationnement de l’hôtel. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

The hotel is nice. Staff was not multilingual but pleasant. There is NO bar and NO restaurant. Listing is also misleading about breakfast. Hotel is close to bars and restaurants but one must walk. Parking lot is gravel.
