"Overall everything was good. The room was nice, bed was comfortable and front desk was friendly and helpful.
Cleaning needs improvement. What let this place down was on the last two days cleaning was not done. We had no clean towels for two days, bedsheets were never changed, and because no cleaning was done we had to ask for garbage and dishes and wet towels be removed at 21:00. We did not have the sign up for no cleaning, so it was purely overlooked towards the end of our stay. "
"The local area was a treat to explore; the river meandered into the city one way and the traditional houses allowed an alternative walk into the city. The bedrooms were basic and could benefit from a security box and tea making facilities. The mattresses were extremely soft. "
