"Arrived to check in at 5p. Room was not ready. Waited 30 min to get to our room. Stepped over 2 different people sitting bare foot in the hall. Room had foul smell. Beds not made. Trash still full. Went to front office to request a room change. Staff states they have no other rooms available. Staff did offer a refund after a long conversation "

"The tv in our room didn’t work. We asked management to send someone to fix it. They never came. Then asked to be moved to a different room and that tv didn’t work either!
The tv in the workout room didn’t work as well.
The room smelt like wet towels. Or mold.
Just not a very well maintained property. Will never stay here again. And Marriott should be ashamed."
