"I wish there is more sound proof room, the road is right on front and can hear traffic every car passes. Same if your neighbor is having a loud conversation you can hear it. They are aluminum and sound comes through the bottom. Bed is low and fluffy so it took me a while to get used to it. Lots of water pressure so be careful when you open the faucet lol. Great location for Las Croabas and water taxis for Icacos, tours or Palomino."

"They offer a wide range of amenities. The pools are free, but you’ll need a day pass to the spa to access the hot tub. All of the restaurants were amazing—my favorite was Nectar. It’s the perfect place if you want to spend your entire stay at the resort, with plenty of things to do."

"Clean! Comfortable no issues"

"The resort was clean, comfortable, has potential, with spacious rooms and friendly staff, but improvements in communication, maintenance, and guest management are needed. Significant issues with reservation accuracy at check-in(reserved two king rooms but was given one king and one room with two queen beds because my original reservation had been given to another party. I had been in contact with the hotel before arrival and received confirmation the day before that both king rooms were reserved), limited communication about compensation, and inconsistent dining experiences (Ember and Vine was not recommended based on our experience, with a $12 plate of just lettuce and a very long wait time. The café had very limited options and was the only place open early morning, and Trova was decent but made errors in our order twice. The pizza was good and fresh. We also encountered maintenance concerns (appeared to be small insect-like debris (possibly silverfish or similar) coming from the faucet in one room, and the second room had a ceiling leak above the full-length mirror, both of which were concerning, including a faucet issue and a ceiling leak, as well as overcrowded pool areas with limited seating(a family-friendly resort, but supervision in shared areas could be improved, as children were often running and splashing even in the hot tub, making it difficult to relax). On a positive note, the fireplace was a nice touch. Xavier, go-kart team and security were very kind/helpful."

"The property is gorgeous! Everything you could possibly want. Did not realize and maybe I missed the small print, but you cannot pay for anything in cash at the resort. Other than that our state was absolutely perfect and one of the most relaxing times I have ever had."

"Nice and clean apartment"

"Cool, fun hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Convenient area within walking distance to the beach and many of the bio bay tour or other activity meeting spots. Nice rooftop lounge area with a hot tub and bar that starts partying at 4 pm on the dot (which could be a downside if you’re trying to get an afternoon nap). Good restaurant for dinner downstairs but not much for breakfast, and when we were there not much was open early in the day—Vieques takes island time seriously it seems. "

"What we liked: Pretty property nestled near both the rainforest and the beach. Nice landscaping, lots of birds and coquís. Nice pool. What we didn’t like: Very small room—prepare to be cramped with luggage for two. When we arrived, the AC was completely turned off, so the room was muggy, and after that it never wasn’t damp (which is understandable given its location). There was also some water damage on the floor, in part because the shower is set up that it gets the floor wet. While overall the room was clean, there was a fair amount of hair on a shower wall the cleaners clearly missed. The breakfast was probably the biggest let down. “Continental breakfast” is misleading. There is a Nescafé which is nice. Otherwise it’s a moderate amount of waffle mix, a couple cereal options, not even milk (when we stayed), bread, jelly (no peanut butter when we stayed), some sad fruit, cheese sticks, and some sugary processed things. Not exactly the fuel you want to hike El Yunque. We also personally didn’t like the repeating piped-in spa music in the communal outdoor area—big sanatorium vibes—we’d have preferred just the rainforest ambiance. "

"Wyndham Grand was everything we expected it to be based on reading all of the reviews and following along on social media for quite a while! It was the most perfect mid-size resort for a family with two young kids (ages 6 and 9) who need the right amount of entertainment without an overstimulating, mega resort style experience. Also, someone who cares deeply about the environment, I very much appreciated Wyndham's commitment to their local ecosystem, especially the well-being of the leatherback sea turtles :). The only thing that could use some improvement would be the restaurant service (Roots is very, very slow). That did not impact our overall experience by any means though, and we absolutely plan to be back and have already recommended the resort to a few friends :)."
