"The balcony was the best part and location. It needs still an update in some things like the mattress. Stairs are long and it has street noise. No air conditioning in the kitchen, and living room, but it has a fan. Beware of some mosquitoes and it is like an old building, not renovated. Comfy sofa bed!"

"Quirky but charming and comfortable room, with a separate hallway and kitchen area. The entrance is at the top of an exterior staircase, which made unlocking the key box and door a little awkward while balancing a bag. We felt perfectly safe walking around and found a neighborhood bar with the best fish tacos and great beer. A nice stay and great value."
