Hotel Atlântico Prime
The room was not clean, the bed was old with a lot of torn and stains, the sheets had stains, the towel was very old and in bad shape, there was mold in the bathroom, no service in the room like water, the door was stuck and I need help to opened. The breakfast was not good at all.

Rio Othon Palace
The entire experience was awful. Hotel rooms were average and despite being eligible for a free room upgrade with my hotels.com status it was not granted. Staff were unfriendly and service was terrible. Had to request things like someone to clear drain in shower multiple times and wait over a day. ...
