It is a very nice hotel. The only downside is that the meals are a bit pricey so it may be worth it to use the shuttle they provide to go out to eat or use Uber eats.

The friendly and accommodating staff made oue stay excellent. Their english speaking was very good. They definitely will be a memory of all the places I stayed through out the world. Lucus, one of the front desk members there, went above and beyond with several ways to get around the area and good restaurants based I what we were looking for.

The place was really nice it is far from everything but it’s a safe environment so that’s why I liked it If you only speak English and not another language I do advise to try to speak a little of Spanish or Portuguese but other that that it was good The food was okay as well

In the middle of nowhere but great for the convention center. All the parties were held at this hotel, great. Expensive to get to Ipanema but worth it. Would stay around Copacabana next time if just visiting Rio.

Nice, new hotel. Great if you're attending a conference. Otherwise, I can't imagine staying there as everything is a 10 -20 min cab ride. They could use a second restaurant...one that is not a buffet.

Excellent hotel
Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent pool and gym facilities with sauna and steam room too! Good food variety at breakfast. The only downside is that is about 30 mins drive (up to 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins with traffic though) from the main Rio areas (Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon etc) and so some tours you may find online will not pick up from this hotel. However, Uber is relatively inexpensive if you don't mind taking it to the Leblon area for tour pick-ups.

Great for conference at Riocentro
Perfect choice for a conference I was attending at the Riocentro convention centre. Excellent breakfast but a little pricey to have everyday. Small but adequate gym. Nice rooftop pool area but did not have the opportunity to try the pool.

Nice hotel in Rio
This hotel located close to the convention center is conveniently situated in front of the bus stop. I has a shuttle that takes you to Barra Tijuca or the shopping malls twice a day. The breakfast buffet is great and the pool area peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately, this is way out of where the action is in Rio. Dinner options are limited to the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant is good, but has a very limited menu. You need taxi or Uber to get out and have a nice dinner.

Excellent hotel but a long way from everywhere
This hotel was very convenient for my conference at the adjacent convention center. The staff were also helpful, the bed was super comfy, the fitness center was well-equipped, and the food and beverage selection was pleasing. A late check out to 4.30 pm was also greatly appreciated given my evening departure. But the hotel is a very long way from the sights of Rio near to the largely abandoned facilities that were constructed for the Olympic Games. So, despite the very favorable room rates, I would only recommend a stay if you were there for a conference. There really is nothing close by, including restaurants.

Hotel with excellent service
I came back to this hotel after staying in another. If I was able I would have stayed in the hotel the full period, but it was fully booked. I chose this hotel, as it was close to the area that I was working in, but I never thought that it was going to be this good. The service provided by the staff was excellent. As I said I came back from another hotel and arrived early. The staff arranged for a room to be serviced and I was comfortable in no time. I will definitely go back to this hotel upon my return to Rio. Shops, beach and other amenities are a short taxi drive away.

This is a good hotel if you are attending a conference at rio centro conference centre as it is next door. No tea making facility at all. Threr is an automatic coffe machine with two pods given on the first day. After that you have to buy pods for daily use. No tour desk availble. only a coincerge service. Relenishing shampoo etc is mediocre. I stayed for more than a week

Bom hotel
Local próximo ao parque Olímpico. Fácil acesso aos shows no jeunesse arena. Quarto amplo, bem limpo....mas o café da manhã que não está incluso deixou a desejar. Faltaram produtos, ficaram um bom tempo sem reposição, pelo preço do café achei que seria melhor.

Não gostei do horário que fecha o bar e se pedir algo para beber pós horário tem que ir para o quarto beber,sem contar que hotel fica colado com eventos de formatura,então deveria o bar quando tem eventos funcionar até mais tarde. Check in muito demorado para fazer também

O hotel tem boas instalações, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Fiquei mais de 40 min, em pé, numa fila de check in. Pedi um quarto com cama de casal e encontrei um com cama de solteiro. Algumas pessoas da minha família que reservaram depois foram acomodadas em quartos com cama de casal e melhor localização. Portanto há desorganização das reservas. No banheiro não havia toalhas suficientes e secador de cabelo. O hotel não merece a classificação de 5 estrelas.

Conforto perto do parque olímpico
Passei uma noite no hotel e tive uma ótima experiência. O hotel é novo, limpo, quarto grande e confortável. A localização é excelente para quem vai a eventos no Rio Centro ou no Parque Olímpico.
