Absolute worst! I chose it for the location and breakfast, which are the only good things along with the view. On the first day, I noticed two of my belongings went missing after the room was cleaned. When I reported it, they responded by saying they trusted their cleaning staff because they were long term employees and showed no interest in compensating me. After cleaning, they didn’t replace the towels. I requested new ones, and it took 3 hours for them to arrive only after asking multiple times. When they finally brought them, the towels were dirty as shown in the photos. This happened twice. The room was constantly dirty—full of sand and hair in various places and never properly cleaned. I stopped trusting the cleaning service and locked everything in the safe. Next day, the safe broke and they had to drill it open to give me access to my work equipment. I requested to have my room cleaned while I was present, but the cleaning was very superficial: they used a broom, didn’t vacuum, and even wiped surfaces with a pillowcase right in front of me. Wi-Fi was terrible in both hotels, constantly disconnecting and unreliable. After begging for basic service and being ignored by every receptionist I spoke to over the phone—they clearly didn’t care about anything I was requesting—I had to escalate the issue to the hotel manager. She was the only person who provided proper assistance and transferred me to Mercure. While the room was slightly better, there was mold on curtains.

Comemoração do aniversário da esposa, por ser carioca, já conheço o Bairro e foi uma escolha por ser perto de casa. funcionários super atenciosos e solicitos. Gostaria de ¨destacar"a recepcionista Mayumi, foi devido a atenção dispensada por ela que fiz a reserva para o Ibis, me atendeu com maestria, é de um carisma e expontaneidade muito lindo, encontrei valores menores pela diária no Bairro na mesma rua, mas a opção pelo Ibis, foi através do atendimento dela.

No geral hotel muito bom, café da manhã excelente, chuveiro ótimo. Pontos negativos, hospedagem de 5 dias pedimos para trocar lençóis somente 1 dia e não foi trocado, camas de solteiro muito próximas uma da outra, pouco espaço no quarto. Janela abre muito pouco, o que te obriga a usar ar condicionado todo tempo. Mas no geral ótima estadia, voltaria com certeza.
