Check in vraiment de bas niveau. On me mets dans une chambre spéciale pour handicapé ! Sans me prévenir ! La clé ne fonctionnait pas donc une perte de temps. Personne ne parle l'Anglais à la réception. Très très mauvaise réception, ils n'ont pas envie de travailler et ça se remarque.

Bom hotel atendimento péssimo !

Já me hospedei várias vezes nesse hotel, fiz a reserva de 06 quartos para 12 pessoas, o hotel é bom, o atendimento no check-in no dia 22/02/25 às 14:00 foi horrível , um rapaz moreno alto foi muito grosso, fiquei muito decepcionado dessa vez com o atendimento, estávamos em diversas pessoas e o atendente dificultou muito o check-in , deixo aqui minha insatisfação
