Nothing special. The rooms are very small. We can't hardly move in the space.

When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

Lack of daily room cleaning service, the facilities seems are under reparation everywhere, no good clean in common areas and the attendance is plain, seem the people doesnt have hospitality manners.

Horrible experience! Bugs infestation throughout the room. Hotel customer service is nonexistent. Staff was unwilling to solve the issue and we had to check out to find another hotel for accommodation.

A estadia foi bem mediana. Fomos em epoca de carnaval e chegamos na sexta pela manha, nos deixaram no pior quarto do hotel. ele era minusculo, o banheiro fazia um barulho o tempo inteiro na pia, o box n fechava direito e molhava tudo, n tinha porta papel higienico. Um dia pedimos travesseiro mais a noite na recepcao e n podiam nos entregar naquele momento pq n tinha camareira, ai nos falaram q de manha colocariam ao retornarmos no fina do dia nao haviam colocado. Cada dia a limpeza e arrumacao da cama era de uma forma, tinha dias q so esticavam o lencol, teve dias q encontramos a colcha jogada no quarto e outro ela dobrada sem esticar. o cafe da manha era simples, n tinha requeijao e nem suco natural de laranja (oq acho basico visto a praticidade e facilidade), pouca variedade de frios e td bem mais ou menos. Alem de tudo isso a cordialidade dos funcionários sempre bem ruim, nunca podiam resolver problemas e nem fazer nd, ate q um dia estava deitado na cama e simplesmente liberaram meu quarto p outros hospedes que conseguiram abrir a porta do quarto, ou seja, alem de tudo 0 seguro, liguei na recepcao e so pediram desculpas sem mais nem menos. apos isso fiz um pedido na recepcao e me foi negado de bate e pronto, agr qria saber qual recompensa ou ressarcimento eu teria por ter tido meu quarto invdadio com liberacao da recepcao... pq n obtive nada e passei todos os dias trancando o quarto

Check-in meio confuso, não encontravam minha reserva, confundiram meu nome... Um rádio de uso interno em volume alto "na escuta, na escuta" algo chato... O quarto é pequeno, aconchegante, neste caso pra nós não foi um problema, mas com malas deve ficar mais complicado. O ar condicionado é antigo mas muito eficiente, fez frio mesmo, adoro. Box pequeno, mas um bom chuveiro. Ótimo frigobar, não é cooler, gela de verdade. 2 copos no quarto, você não precisa se humilhar pra pedir copos e receber copos descartáveis como fazem por aí... Necessita de manutenção, a parte de baixo da porta do banheiro está estufada... Não há isolamento acústico, dormir durante o dia talvez seja incomodo para os mais sensíveis. Café da manhã simples, aceitável, pão de queijo horroroso, sem forma, como se estivesse chapado, todos os dias o mesmo padrão de falta de qualidade. O suco também não prestava. Não fiz outra refeição no restaurante pra avaliar. A equipe não é exatamente "simpática", o único funcionário muito simpático é um que ajudava com as bagagens, ficava na entrada, na garagem, acho que fazia alguma manutenção, pois conversamos com ele indo ver um controle de ar condicionado, inf não peguei o nome dele, muito simpático e educado.
