Motel 6 Marina, CA - Monterey
On the plus side, the staff was professional and polite, parking was just outside of my door and well lit, and the area was relatively quiet. It is safe. Unfortunately the room conditions weren't great. Saggy mattress, not particularly clean, and the shower didn't get hot.
