Lastly, if you’re a person of color you’ll experience some racism from locals and staff in Amecameca. Stay in tourists areas if you don’t want to see how locals live. It’s about an hour away from major airport anyway and the driving in Mexico is lawless.the women at front desk were helpful and spoke English and overall a good stay for the kids and they do keep the property and pools clean! "Mi estadía duró 3 días . Yo pienso que su personal debería de ser más amable y inspirar confianza. No hubo mucho de eso. También las instalaciones deberían de tener mejor mantenimiento: las llaves del baño no funcionan bien , le dabas vuelta a la manija y giraba toda la llave, también solo 1 de 4 connection de electricidad funcionaba y los empleados sabían de esto. Un comentario para los managers uno busca cargar sus celulares y aparatos electrónicos eso es una cosa esencial. Me quedé hay por estar cerca a los lugares que necesitaba visitar pero no hubo mucho comodidad. "
