"If you are looking for a remote place to get away for a bit this is the place. Very basic, but all you need. Owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet!"

"The house was unexpectedly nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the cool (unheated) but not cold, jacuzzi pool after a long hot day in Manuel Antonio park. This is a nice place, but they really, really, need to let folks know that this place is very remote and the road is very bad. Great if you want to bring everything and just stay there, but it is a 45 minute drive on bad, unlit roads to come or go from the lodge. We could see several places where the hillside had given way into the road and one...

"Great place with a great view and great location close to Restaurants and Manuel Antonio national park. Would recommend getting a 4x4 as the driveway is a little steep but other than that the place is amazing !"

"We loved our stay here! First, the location is PERFECT!!! close to cafe Emilio and the beaches. The room was super clean and nice and the bed was so comfy! We also loved the breakfast in the morning and eating by the pool. When I needed help with something, everyone at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We also got our clothes washed and they came out great. My only complain is the restaurant attached "yolo" is very tacky and almost hinders the luxury and vibes of Ecotica."
"We went at Parador for a family vacation with 3 generations. Everyone loved it. The Parador premises are exceptional, beautiful landscape, plenty of free living animals to watch daily and very welcoming and friendly staff."
"Would have liked a gym. Room was clean upon arrival. However there was construction work right outside our room all week which meant for noisy mornings and went on all day
Not a deal breaker. But maybe think about location of guests before putting them in whatever room. They called it an upgrade but it was the actual room we paid for so that made little sense to me. Regardless pools clean. Lots of animals. Pretty maintained walkways. Would come again. Close to main beach a small walk but not for those not active. Uphill is a bit for older folks and out of shape folks. But if you're healthy you're golden and it's a great spot"
"This property is beautiful, very clean room, staff are the best including spa, reception, both swimming pools and restaurant. Adorable and relaxing views.
Very happy with my hotel selection"
"The views from the restaurant are stunning. We split our trip between the beach and volcano so we had a 4 night stay at Gaia for the beach and a 4 night stay at Nayara Springs. Check in at the hotel was easy. You park or get dropped off at the security area (also where the gym is) and then a golf cart takes you up to the main building where the reception area is and the restaurant. The spa is downstairs and the reception/restaurant are upstairs. Unfortunately the Sky Lounge was closed during our stay. We received a refreshing non-alcoholic welcome drink. Everything about our stay was explained to us. We booked the Suite. Our room was large and nice but the description said ocean view and there was definitely not an ocean view so that was a bit of a disappointment. If you like seclusion and very little interaction with others, you would probably love this hotel. There was not a common area to have a drink and watch the World Cup. The grounds are large but mostly jungle and the hotel seems very small. The pools were also pretty small, we usually swim in pools and decided to swim at the beach instead. I didn’t see anyone in the pools during our stay. There is a swim up bar. The beach is not in walking distance. For the beach, you have to let your concierge know. Beach shuttles leave on the hour and return 15 minutes after the hour. The beach was wonderful and clean. Warm water and great waves. It’s $10 for chairs for the day. The concierge was very helpful throughout our stay."
"Excellent location to stay by the beach and close to Manuel Antonio National Park. Everything about this hotel was great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Good parking space. Very kind and helpful staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel happy and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. The amenities were in excellent shape, pools were always clean. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Grateful to the staff. They are the best! Will definitely go again!"
