"Beautiful hotel! Check-in staff were excellent! Very helpful and made sure we had plenty of water and were quick to provide us with Tea K-cups for the room.
The bed was comfortable. Cleaning staff were very friendly and continued to provide us with water bottles every day. It is a very dry climate there, so the water bottles were very appreciated."
"The street is very noisy until late at night, and the soundproofing is poor. I hit my leg multiple times on the poorly designed bed with sharp corners. The pool is nice, but it’s not heated. The elevator is very dirty, and the flooring is completely worn out. I was also charged $14 for a bottle of water in the room."
"The best hotel since we have started staying in Albuquerque. The staff is top notch, polite, kind, professional. No drama here, quiet laid back atmosphere. Safe parking, great restaurant in the hotel. A working pool that is clean. Our new place to stay. "
"They are very short staffed but those working do a great job. My biggest complaint is that we specifically chose this place because we needed to return our rental car, have a place to eat dinner and relax, and have a ride early in the morning to the airport. The property specifically said there is a restaurant and lounge. There IS NO RESTAURANT and what they call a lounge is ridiculous. Beer and wine are available through the front desk. You can order a few food items from the front desk and those workers double as your chef. There is a small countertop area that is the lounge. The fryer was broken so that limited further. We chose a BLT and a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Each was presented in a plastic to go container. The Caesar was made with iceberg lettuce and topped with defrosted Tyson grilled chicken. We could have gotten this food from the convenient store at the gas station. I don’t know if Expedia or Hyatt is to blame for the false advertising but I expect better from each. We will not go back."
"Front desk staff was unhelpful. Had to walk up 3 times to get checked in. I have a disability so that was unnecessarily difficult. Food was over priced and the floor was cold and unwelcoming at the casino. Sportsbook was pretty much the same. If you weren't a local you got looks. Room was nice but they put me at the very end of the hall. Again, disabled. Won't be back."
"The young gal that checked me in at the front desk was amazing. She was very friendly and quick with the check. In process. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the value was unparalleled.Highly recommend staying here"
