"The hotel facilities are beautiful it’s got a little area with animals making it fun for kids you actually see lots of kids which makes its really hard to rest if that’s your intention, you can hear everything from the room next to you. but to make story short I didn’t have a good time there, room was cold had no heater, sheets too heavy, it rained and bathroom ceiling had a leak, the door has a gap, and a lot of cold air gets through it,(I heard they have better rooms) but what I got wasn’t...

"The room was spacious as was the bathroom and showers. Everything looked clean and modern. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there were no reading lights. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty although the coffee was very weak. "

"Very nice stay in this beautiful classic building. We had a king suite which came with double sink, shower and a soaking bathtub in the suite. Nice big comfortable king bed. The staff were always very friendly. Food at the restaurant was very nice. The hotel is right in the center of riobamba, 10 minute stroll to the main strip of restaurants and bars/clubs. 2 minutes from the central park and the train station. Very safe town, had a great time. Would definitely stay here again."
