"I believe we were given an upgrade. The top floor room was very spacious and beautifully appointed. The complementary wine split was very appreciated. The small village is easy to navigate and the hotel is easy to find. Breakfast is served at your table buffet style; pick what you want. You can also order hot items. The restaurant in the evening is prepared by a Michellin veteran chef."

"This 15 century hotel/restaurant is wonderfully renovated. Restaurant is closed on our date of arrival, and front desk older gentleman used Google Translate and send us to a Mich. recommended restaurant in town of Haro only 12 min away and dinner experience turn out great. Bkft from 9-10 am was excellent even w fresh squeezed orange juice. "

"Great hotel next to Cathedral. Nice spaces to sit in. Was hard to open our room door. Ancient handle and old fashioned large key. Room was nice overlook if a courtyard. Good shower and beds good. Would stay again. "

"The thermostat was not responsive. At first we wanted it warmer then it took 24 hours to become warmer and then it was too hot and took over 12 hours to become cooler again. There was a smell of sewage when we first got there. The bedroom with the door to the back yard had bugs on the ceiling and floors. They were spiders, ants, and small fruit flies. They only gave one bottle of water for our whole trip. We would have loved a lot more water. Their communication is very poor, it took over 12 hours for a response each time. The location is great, the style is new and contemporary. It is spacious and nice for 3-4 guests. They are new and need improvements on their communication. "

"This property was perfect for our short stay in La Rioja & is conveniently located. We had a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this property as long as you don't have lots of luggage as getting your car close for loading/unloading is a bit tricky. Having said that the free parking is 5 or 10 minutes walk and we had no problems using it."

No hubo mucha atención del staff pero nos sentimos como en casa, nos brindaron la confianza como huéspedes y se sintió bien. No hubo opción de desayuno como menciona la descripción pero nos pudimos tomar un café en el bar. Volvería a ojo cerrado."
