Pessima esperienza

L'hotel sarebbe anche carino se non fosse che il personale è molto scortese e se avete fretta di svegliarvi al mattino presto scordatevi l'acqua calda perchè prima di un certo orario non esce. La mia stanza, in prossimità dell'armadio, aveva anche tutta la vernice che era caduta via dal muro. Pessima esperienza.

struttura obsoleta , stanza da bagno e sanitari in pessime condizioni , colazione di pessima qualità caffè espresso pagato a parte senza scontrino fiscale.

it was terrible, rooms are old, dirty, toilets, shower are bad, cold, no insulation,breakfast was bad, Noisy, wifi was not working. as hotel.com, you shouldn't show this kind of hotel at your website.

Essere in zona termale ed essere in prossimità di splendidi parchi naturali non deve far dimenticare ai proprietari della struttura che deve essere ristrutturata! Rubinetti e docce con calcare in bella vista non sono un gran spettacolo...
