A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. The shower was a little small and flimsy but the water was good and hot and the heating was hydronic . Staff were excellent. Only a short walk from a beautiful town and the station. Said we could move rooms for additional €75 per night but this room was as bad as the first one. Advertised spa didn’t exist, Refused to refund us "

If you dont speak italian the majority of staff spoke some English but take your translator with you. A beautiful mountain atmosphere gives a good break from the bustling cit of florence. "
